The following are the current rates charged our customers:

Basic Water Charge                $45.00           First 4,000 gallons

4,000 – 8,000 (10,000) gallons     $5.25    Per 1,000 gallons

8,001 – 12,000 gallons                  $6.25       Per 1,000 gallons

12,001 – 24,000 gallons                 $6.75    Per 1,000 gallons

24,001 – 30,000 gallons                 $7.25    Per 1,000 gallons

        30,001 – 50,000 (100,000) gallons     $7.75           Per 1,000 gallons

                                                                                      50,001 – 100,000 gallons                   $10.00          Per 1,000 gallons

                                                                                     Over 100,000 gallons                          $17.00          Per 1,000 gallons

Application for Service                $250.00        Due when application submitted

 New Connection/Meter Fee                    $10,000.00        Due 30 days after approval is Granted Once Approved by the Engineer and   

 Board of Directors

Special Assessment             $19.00        Per meter each month                           

   Membership Fee      $10.00        Due by install

Transfer of Membership[1]              $250.00       Due when application submitted

                     Interest on unpaid bill             1 ½%        per month on balance, if past due date

Late Charge     $50.00      Billed if account is not paid within 30 days

                     Disconnect Charge        $250.00      Must be paid prior to Reconnection

Meters are read on the days closest to the 15th of each month and billings are generally mailed by the 25th.  These bills are due by the 15th of the next month.

Member packets are sent once the Board has reviewed them and signed the Water User Agreement and Certificate of Membership.  Once the forms are signed a packet is sent with copies of the User Agreement, Certificate of Membership and other materials.

[1] Property closed and Transfer fees paid within 30 days of notification of LDWC or fee will double.
